VERSILIA

Goodevening!! Today I booked the tickets to Milan where I'll be on Sunday until thusday... so next time I'll show you some pictures from the north of Italy!

And today back in Italy, with another short, but intense trip did last october with Walter.

We found a good offer to Groupon, I 've never tryed it before, but it was perfect!

We went in Versilia (PietraSanta, Marina di Pietrasanta and Forte dei Marmi), is a beutiful place in particular during summer where a lot of young people spent their summer holiday, is full of pub and disco and it become very "richy" place in summer ;)

Our hotel was incredible, so fancy with a beautiful SPA, and modern and minimal design!

In the same weekend before go back home we went also in Florence, but I'll show you this part next time..

(P.S: the quality of the pictures is not amaizing, because I didn't have with me my reflex, I hope to remedy next time!;)

Arrived in Pietrasanta, a small but cute city, is the historycal center of  Versilia full of lot of expositions and good restaurants

Piazza Duomo of St. Martin, ready for climbing up to the top of Pietrasanta to see the walls of ancient city visible from the plaza, accessible via a path that ends at the Rocca di Sala, from which you can admire the Versilia Plain from Viareggio to Forte dei Marmi and, on a clear day, you can see also some islands of the Archipelago Toscano, most often the Ligurian coast.

On the roundabout of the Tonfano pier in Marina di Pietrasanta appears in white Carrara marble statue of Roman artist Rabarama entitled "In-Cinta"

Ciao a tutti! oggi si ritorna in Italia, in particolare in Versilia. Durante un week-end di ottobre io e Walter abbiamo deciso di sperimentare per la prima volta Groupon, e devo dire che se scegli con accuratezza il risultato è ottimo!

Hotel fantastico a Marina di Pietrasanta (il Mondial Resort), con SPA e cena!

La Versilia è meravigliosa, abbiamo fatto un mini tour di Pietrasanta, una piccolissima città molto carina piena di piccoli negozietti vintage e posticini dove sgranocchiare qualcosa di sfizioso.  Ci siamo poi spostati a Marina e la sera abbiamo fatto un giro per il litorale dove ci siamo imbattuti in Tonfano, una piccola località attaccata a Marina di Pietrasanta; il centro è adorabile sembra di fare salto nel passato ai tempi della Belle Epoque, con tutte le casette in stile Liberty! Il secondo giorno abbiamo percorso a piedi tutto il litorale da Marina a Forte dei Marmi, se beccate una giornata di sole è l'ideale, noi ci abbiamo impiegato un'oretta per percorerlo tutto, ma siamo allenati!;) se potete fatelo perchè vi dà l'opportunità di vedere almeno una decina di litorali molto ben curati, tutti caratterizzati da un lungo porticciolo e statue decorative di artisti emergenti.

Forte Dei Marmi è super chic, piena di boutique di alta moda, locali, tanto colore e tutto in festa!

E' stato un week-end perfetto!

Da Roma abbiamo preso Trenitalia per Pisa, e con un regionale abbiamo raggiunto Pietrasanta; al ritorno siamo passati da Firenze per una cenetta romantica in Piazza prima di rientrare nella Capitale (le foto di Firenze le posto la prossima volta, così potrete assaporare tutto con maggior calma!)

La qualità delle foto non è ottima dato che non avevo con me la reflex...cercherò di non dimenticarla più!;)
